The DeanAgency just handled the sale and purchase of two different properties for us.The purchase transaction was a difficult one (short sale) but thanks to John's persistence and determination the closing was timely and very successful.
Of the ten or so experiences we've had with realtors in our lifetime, John Dean and his staff is, by far, the most professional, competent and trustworthy.When we met John we had a list of properties that we thought would be good values.We had little knowledge of CAMA Rules and erosion characteristics of the Outer Banks.John took the time to explain the communities from Corolla to HatterasVillage and discouraged us from purchasing homes we initially found priced lower than comparables.
Thank goodness we listened to John.Two months later some of those properties were close to being washed away in a Nor'easter or were flooded by high waves.John really earned our trust as we watched The Weather Channel during that storm.
